Morocco birds; Eagle and Gulls

My brother took a weekend trip to Morocco and had these birds for me to ID, but I could use some help.

Short-toed Eagle? Or am I completely off-based there. Taken Tetouan.

Whole bunch of gulls. I'm seeing maybe Lesser Black-backeds and Yellow-leggeds, and is that an Audoin's in there?

And finally, some mystery birds. No idea on this one, taken outside of Tangiers.

Jan, I think you are right! But the "herons"?? - still looks like a badly exposed shot of gulls still to me....but.

Could easily be wrong with the 'herons' Could probably turn them into gulls too, but the wing attitude and uniform grey looking upperwings, and the fact that considering the angle the wings are being held at, the tips are still are fairly rounded all suggest adult Night Heron to me. I would have thought on adult gulls even allowing for overexposure that the black wingtips should be visible, the hand should be tapering to a finer point at the angle.

I wouldn't be in the slightest surprised if your first impression was right and mine wrong though Simon!
