New Jersey Sparrow

Is this a White-Throated Sparrow? Confused by the overall darkness of the head.

I'm thinking a Warbler. Perhaps a Yellow-rumped Warbler?

Yes, it is a White-throated Sparrow, possibly an immature bird. It has yellow lores, white throat, and sparrow bill, and the typical White-throated Sparrow head pattern.
