I photographed a Cactus Wren at the Colorado National Monument on Jul 23rd. I couldn't find any listing for Colorado other then "Past Articles in Colorado Field Notes 2010 Colorado's First Cactus Wren May, p. 31".

Probably a little late but it was at the parking lot of Grand View I think.

Surprised no one has responded, I would think this is a rare bird for Colorado after some searching.
