I have been asked by a friend if any of these are possible to narrow down? Unfortunately they are the only images available and don't have any other supporting evidence to help in determining identification. Any help though would be really appreciated.

Hi Dave,

Lovely photos.

The first is Leotia lubrica Jellybabies.

No idea on the second, though it looks distinctive enough.....

I would imagine number 3 is Trametes gibbosa Lumpy Bracket which often grows on Beech (your friend a left a leaf as a clue).

I would need a gill shot of number 4

The last is Helvella sp. and it looks like one of the more obscure species that I'm not familiar with....
