Wave type and micro for ID please (1 Viewer)

No.1 I thought was a Riband Wave. However, it doesn't quite match in pattern and the shape is different to other Ribands I have caught last month. This moth was sitting much like a Endotricha flammealis and it's wings swept forward, quite unlike other waves. About the same size as most waves.
Your thoughts most appreciated.

No 2 is only remarkable in the fact that it reflected a mother of pearl in the photo. It was about 8mm long.
