I saw this last week at Lake Mary in Flagstaff. I have been looking online but didn't see any birds that match this. I am assuming it is a Hawk or Falcon. . .but I know literally nothing about birds. He grabbed a fish out of the water and flew to this rock, where he preceded to torture the fish. Any help with ID is appreciated! https://www.flickr.com/gp/joshsterrarium/42eqAF

Osprey. They are very adept at fishing.
