bird on wire, Billinge Hill Merseyside UK

We briefly saw this distant bird on overhead wires yesterday evening. There had been a few spotted flycatchers on the hill so we were hoping for some other migrants along with them. The photo was taken under an over-cast sky so the colour should be true...
