A fellow birder took the attached pictures (same bird). We both think its a Corn Bunting, but as others had questioned here identification, she asked me to discuss the bird here.

As I am very interested in Bunting Id, I would like to get some input from others. Thank you!

Looks like a Corn Bunting to me too. Among other features, tertial pattern.
