Taken near Patagonia, AZ. Rufous, Black-chinned, Anna's, Broad-billed, Broad-tailed, and Costa's are the more likely. A Lucifer Hummingbird was also in the area but nothing here seems to match

I'm thinking images 1,3, and 5, are Anna's, 2 is a Rufous type and 4, is a Rufous Hummingbird.

I wonder if Costa's is possible for #1? Also, looks like another Broad-billed on the far left in #5. Otherwise, I agree with Ken.


Not 100% sure but I agree with probably Costa’s

Costa’s for image 1 was a consideration on my part (thought it looked a touch smaller), however being more familiar with Anna’s and never having seen Costa’s I opted for the commoner species.
