Grey-headed Gull? Or Brown-headed.

The relatively dark underwing makes me think Gray-hooded Gull. Any photos of upperside of wings?

Grey-headed. The underwing on adult Brown-hooded would lack the isolated mirror, have a distinctive white tip to the wing, the black would stop about halfway down the primaries, there would be black subterminal spots on the middle primaries and no 'pearls' on the trailing edge.
