What is the best no expense spared didgiscope

I guess you mean "what is the best telescope which can also be used for digiscoping?"

There isn't one, I'm afraid, because everyone has different preferences and requirements - plus, the camera is usually just as important, with tripod, adaptor and ability a hair's breadth behind them.

Or possibly in front...

I love my Zeiss 65, but if I could get images of the quality of Grundy's shots (have a look - it was a recent thread) using the Viking scope he's got, then that scope would be my favourite in an instant.

If no expense spared, then instead of digiscoping, get a DSLR with a huge lens.
