Ballhead for monopod

Does anyone know of a cheap ballhead that would screw onto the tripod screw on my Velbon monopod? The reason I ask is that when I use it and have to change the angle up or down I would rather release the ball to give me greater flexibility rather than leaning the monopod itself.Thanks.

Instead of using a ballhead, which I think gives too much flexibility (i.e. it can flop all over the place), I think a simple tilting head is better - for example, the Manfrotto 3229:

also called the Manfrotto 234RC2 on their website:

This head is specifically designed for monopods and it works great.
