In praise of Opticron Service! (1 Viewer)

My eight year old Opticron ES80 GA ED developed a rattle inside the prism area behind the eyepiece. I shipped it to Opticron ( Royal Mail 1st class ) on Monday 29th March, The Opticron invoice is dated the 31st March, and Royal Mail attempted to deliver it to me on 1st April but I was out, they redelivered it today after the Easter Bank Holiday. No charge. Just me delighted with the service!

Congrats, Alan! Any time I´ve used Opticron service they´ve been superb. Their turnaround is almost instantaneous, they still hold my record for getting something posted from Luton to Dublin in the shortest time. (Okay, I know that was the Royal Mail, but I´m crediting Opticron....)
