This one is Sennelier texticolor acrylic textile paint on a silk necktie. Once you heatset the painting (using a moist press cloth, and not too hot with the iron), it's good to go. And go it has. Best to all this fine day. - Bob

PS: best to use very tiny brushes, very thin washes of paint (I thin with GAC100 acrylic polymer), with some optical magnification - 2X optivisor loupe in this case. Extreme patience, and no tea or coffee jitters.

I'll be posting a few more.

They do catch a few eyes out in the human aviary.

Once you start painting ties, it is tough to stop - give it a shot.

And no better subject than birds for a vertical format.
