Looks like Travancore Tortoise Indotestudo travancorica, a Ghats speciality.

Not easy. Yellow iris ? Juvenile Melanochelys trijuga coronata.

The Travancore tortoise lacks the cervical (nuchal) scute present on this specimen which should exhibit a notch between the two anterior marginals.
