Saw these 2 guys in my trip to the coast of the IX Region of Chile. Does anybody know their names? Thanks!

I think (image 1.) is a Neo-tropic Cormorant and the 2nd image looks like an American Oystercatcher or race of ? You'll need confirmation though!
