This would be my first post on this forum. I am from Pakistan and an avid bird photographer. Would love some ID points on this buzzard. Both japanicos
or vulpinous

Look very much like vulpinous to me, however more opinions should be sought.

Tail is nowhere near red enough surely?

Looking at Collins...the tails are variable and don’t need to be red?
