Vanguard ED. Another version? (1 Viewer)

Recently saw the Vanguard ED in a local sporting goods store and it looks very similar to the Zen ED. Is this another similar Bin ie: Hawke and Promaster?

For what it's worth they were originally priced at $220, and are now on sale for $115. Figured due the price they are not comparable, but figured I'd check.
