have managed to identify some of the birds I saw, but not sure about quite a lot including these.

appreciate advice.

I agree with Lou. #4 is a Royal Tern. Sandwich Tern has a black bill with a yellow tip.

While I agree it is a royal tern, you should be aware that in South America and to some extent the Caribbean, there is a yellow-billed version of the Sandwich that is sometimes called Cayenne Tern.
