Regarding it's provenance, primary projection looks to be 2/3rds of overlying tertials, cosmetics look good, and I'm in the Acro camp, best to wait for more input.

I think it’s an eastern olly. Looks like an iduna (plumage tones, thick legs, broad based bill etc). P1 looks longer than the primary coverts which eliminates upchers.
 
Must admit that the bill is a real quacker. The utc's look like they are short for an acro (even though they can't be actually seen ;)) I'd go for an Iduna too - looks fine for E.Olivaceous doesn't it?
