According to del Hoyo & Collar 2016, Illustrated Checklist of the Birds of the World, 2, p. 478, Pycnonotus blanfordi conradi "differs in its slightly larger size ... slightly more pronounced yellowish supercilium; slightly yellower underparts, most constantly around vent; and white/grey vs reddish iris." I believe conradi has yet to be recorded from Myanmar, but should be looked for in the south.
