Strange Bird (1 Viewer)

Several of these visited our feeder here in Connecticut for about 30 minutes and have not been seen since. My first thought was a Pine Siskin, but had to rule that out because of the yellow on the top of the head. Any thoughts ? Sorry for the fuzzy photo from my Iphone.
