Bird song (1 Viewer)

I was just wondering whether anyone can identify the ringing / trilling bird sound in the attached sound file? I have been hearing it in my garden all week and have no idea what it is.
Many thanks.

Pat,

Thanks for that - I think what has been confusing me is that the trilling sound is currently
unaccompanied by the wheeze sound at the end, which is what I normally associate with greenfinches.

Kind regards,

Alex

Thanks Lou - having listened again and compared the sound I think you are right. I have seen nuthatches in the garden before so there are some around.
