Today's work party at MOORS

Today 18 of us work in Amy's marsh.
The east bank the area in front of the east hide was brush cut. Previously the the area was covered in rang vegetation and bramble thickets.

Some large diameter branches were cut from the willow pollards in the South east corner of Amy's marsh. We had overlooked these and thankfully we worked on them before they split and killed the tree.

The brash was burned

A blockage in the salwarp was cleared and plastic debris removed and will be recycled.

The moss and brambles were removed from steps on the east hide and bottom step was repaired.

Thanks to Bob O,Bobby P, Bob R, Charles, Graham L, Ian Joh, Ian Newbie, Julie W, Keith M, Kim W, Nick F, Paul M, Peter E, Ray C, Roger S, Terry W, Tony B and me.
