Twite? Fife, Scotland 9/11/13 (1 Viewer)

Stonefaction

Dundee Birding....(target 150 in 2024).
Scotland
Out for a walk along the northeast Fife coast today in the hope of finding a Snow Bunting or two unsuccessfully. Did find a mixed flock of Greenfinch, Linnets and Goldfinches, but a good bit further on I had this single bird fly over. The bill appears to be yellow, so either Twite or Redpoll, I think (streaks rule out the hoped for Snow Bunting). The apparent slight orange tinge to the head seems to point to it being a Twite, but just looking for second opinion. (Have seen Twite on the other side of the river Eden in January, so they can be found in the area, but have also had a flock of Redpoll in the same area late last year also).
Thoughts?
