I would appreciate help please on some waders photographed in Turks & Caicos (Grand Turk) last week. Am a birdwatcher from England so inexperienced on waders this side of the world. I think the first may be Greater Yellowlegs, the second Lesser Yellowlegs & Short Billed Dowitcher and the third Willet and the fourth Least Sandpiper ? Views please ? Thank You.

Thanks for the input. Surprised regarding Stilt Sandpiper which I saw in UK last year.

Yes: compare this with the other wader Q which just came up:

You can see why I said the middle birds of pic 1 there are dowitchers when compared with the all-dark bill your bird has. Also note slope of foreheads.

Thanks. Waders aren't easy, though neither are Gulls or Warblers !!
