Focusing screen for Canon 60D (1 Viewer)

Hi!
Does anybody used a focusing screens for the Canon 60D with L100-400 lens to improve manual focusing? Of course I mean shooting birds, in flight also.
Does that make any sense? Almost all the time I use AV mode with F8.
