It's all relative. £1500 for killing a non-native pest species 'the wrong way' when people (scum!?) who kill rare and endangered birds generally get off scot free, or a token fine ... ??
It doesn't quite add up. But I guess that's just my point of view.

it doesnt suprise me that it was the rspca that fined him that, i dont think i have heard any thing good they have ever done! I think they must like non native species as they told my uncle to release a mexican corn snake he found! they also put down a ls woodpecker that had a broken leg:eek!:! and many other things-i could go on for ever. I realy dont think they have any idea what they are doing:cat:
