Can anyone identify this frog, and why it looks like it has teeth? (1 Viewer)

This is a Green Frog, identified by it's size, color, and dorsolateral ridges (those lines in the bottom pic that go almost from the eyes down the sides). The thing that looks like teeth is just dark and white mottling on the lower lip.

Wow! I've never seen something like this before. It truly looks like it has a huge smile on its face ;)
