Bird on feeder (1 Viewer)

This bird was on my feeder this afternoon after a major snowstorm. I am in west central Illinois. I could not identify. Help is much appreciated.

Carolina Wren, for reasons mentioned. Bewick's Wren is a very rare breeder in Illinois (maybe only a few pairs left), and departs in the winter. Carolina Wren is a very common resident.
