I'll offer a suggestion: split the site into two areas. One for "corporate" group tour reports and one for "individual" or small group trip reports.

I agree that both have value, but I use each of them for different reasons as enumerated above.

Btw there is a clear marker in every row for trip type and the "Bird tour company" type is indicated by an intuitive icon.

I know. But it would make the list a little easier to sort.

On request, Hans and Wim have created a simple filter button in the top left on the trip report page:

https://www.cloudbirders.com/tripreport

I hope this increases the user-friendliness of the site.

Hi, a useful addition, but I would recommend it is slightly changed - "hide tour reports" is not very clear (all trip reports, from companies and private, are tour reports in reality). Although longer, I would suggest adding one word "hide tour company reports".

Did you mean 'useful' by any chance?

Agree that adding 'company' would make it clearer.

To fulfil your special request, Hans has modified the button:
https://www.cloudbirders.com/tripreport

He asked if you could, in favour, write some more excellent reports and post them on cloudbirders

That will take you a while Jos (:-

But it is the best site I feel, overall for trip reports by some way.
