I am new a mothing should I set the moth trap tonight. There is rain due at about four this morning? I have a large rain guard... Like advise.

Yes ;)

Winds don't look particularly strong, which could otherwise be an issue. Moths and passing rain/showers/fronts can sometimes produce good catches ...

I did set the trap. It worked well about 180+ moths (+ 160 Garden Grass-veneer) and about 38 species, couple of which I have to idea.. I had a very small a lot of water on one or two egg boxes and that was it. Many thanks. Richard
