Wallcreeper - when do they arrive on breeding grounds?

There's been a Wallcreeper on coastal cliffs in SW Portugal (Cabo Sardão) found on 13th March and still present on at least 1st April. I was wondering how likely it is to stay a little longer. BWP concise states that birds occur outside breeding grounds from Oct-Apr but little else. Does anyone one know how late staying wintering birds are - or as post title, when do they arrive on their high altitude breeding grounds?

Given the recent reports of heavy snow in the mountains of southern Europe (a metre or more of fresh snow in some places!), I don't blame it for waiting
