just wanted to pass this along. i just had my best friend send in his SP about 2 weeks ago to pentax for scratched objectives. he called on monday and they told them that pentax is going to get out evey bin they have in repair out before christmas. he will be getting his back this coming week. he scratched the objectives, and pentax is flipping the bill for his mistake. think about that next time you buy. x-mas bird count! nice job pentax.
And for all of you with your conspiracy theories about people that disargree with you- NO i dont work for pentax and if i did, then i could probably afford the swaro el which i would love to have. i am more the disgruntelled worker type anyways.
just thought this might help those on a budget and the view is quite nice through the DCF SP.
