Leucistic Jackdaw ? UK (1 Viewer)

Observed this bird being mobbed by crows and jackdaws today 08/10/2014 the colour made me think it was the local kestrel at first glance, but on closer viewing it looks like a light brown jackdaw, I was mucking around with some of my settings on the camera at the time trying to get the right exposure for the crows against a bright sky and they are not that far off, so if anyone can give me an idea what it is?

Almost forgot location, Wingate quarry in county Durham, UK

It's a jackdaw with isabellinism (a subvariety of schizochromism, similar to but not quite the same as leucism). Very nice find, it isn't common at all. Wish it was more local so I could see it myself...

You hear about it in penguins most often, outside of that it is quite rarely documented. But it can happen in any dark plumaged bird.
