Of the two, only Eastern Wood-Pewee is found in the Yucatan Peninsula, according to Howell & Webb and eBird.

Could anyone confirm if these would be Western or Eastern Wood PeWee in Yucatan Mexico thanks Mike

Assuming they're wood-peewees (I can't think of a reason to doubt Motmot here), then going on current assumptions, I think that Eastern is assumed to be the default option. Does that help? ;)

Thanks for reply i have attached a few more pictures of the first bird. What i have read is that eastern wood pewee has orangy under bill with black tip do any off these help. I have no knowledge of pewees are all 3l same kind in your eyes? Mike
