Hawk in flight, Quito Ecuador 19Nov2018 (1 Viewer)

Thanks. Looked for photos on internet and found an almost identical, but clearer, image for a juvenile Harris's Hawk.

I'd be a bit surprised if it is Harris's for two reasons: Quito ought to be too high for it's regular occurrence, and I see no evidence of a whitish vent area on this bird. You'll note that juveniles of the two species appear quite similar
