Confirm Male & Female Tree Swallow, Catskill NY area June 2010

Just wanted confirmation that these are a male and female Tree Swallow.
Seen in Catskills area of NY, catching insects and feeding babies in nest.

The first bird is a Tree Swallow, and the second is a Eastern Phoebe, not a female Tree Swallow.
