Plant ID please - type of radish? (1 Viewer)

Spotted in November on a post-harvest arable field wholly populated by white and purple flowering plants (as pictured). A friend suggested wild radish or oil radish. Could anyone confirm please?
Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Chris

wild radish or oil radish

I think they are the same species but different varieties - I was curious about oil radish and see that your photo does look fine for oil radish - don't think it can be anything else. Seems to be used as a soil improvement crop and for bio fuel.

Thanks, apologies for lack of scale. Each whole plant was about waist height. Getting a bit dark for more photos now. thanks very much for reply.

Thanks for oil radish info. Where it has been planted does make the soil improvement crop idea more likely. Thanks again for the reply.
