Fern & small tree from Greece (1 Viewer)

I wonder if you can help with these last 2 species from my recent trip down the Aegean.
First a small fern at c 1000 on Mount Olympus: The whole plant + close up
Second a large shrub/small tree on the lower reaches of Mount
Pelion: The whole tree + close up of leaves and fruit.

Thanks for any suggestions, pointers and positive IDs.

David

Could the shrub be Rhamnus lycioides?

That's an interesting idea, Simon, and thanks for it.
From the books I have on my shelf, Grey Wilson has R. lycioides down only for Spain & the Balearics, and the illustration doesn't look much like it;
however Polunin says there is ssp graecus, which grows in southern
Greece and the islands and the written description sounds closer
....... so I'll see what else I can find about it elsewhere now to check

Have now checked out Rhamnus lycioides ssp graecus, and that is substantially different from the R. lycioides in Spain, but very different
from what I have in my photos.
Does anyone have any other suggestions to pursue?
