Agree all CC - look at the primary projection beyond the tertials, vs the length of the tertials. About half in a CC, about the same in a WW (as long as it's not an Iberian CC where the projection is slightly longer, but still short of WW)

If it helps see the attached I made up for myself while ringing in Sardinia.

I wasn't sure about the second one initially (not very clear) but yes, primary projection confirms Chiffchaff in all 3 pics.
