Taxonomic Changes (1 Viewer)

Black-headed Sibia Heterophasia melanoleuca split into Black-backed Sibia Heterophasia melanoleuca and Black-headed Sibia Heterophasia desgodinsi. Split already accepted by S&M 96 (although not by H&M).
 
Common/Garden Bulbul complex: Split in four species only accepted by S&M. All others (inclusive the Handbook of the Birds of the World) treat them as one species.

Andropades fusciceps lumped in Andropadus nigriceps (only S&M splits)

Ridgway's Pygmy-Owl deleted and note added under Ferruginous Pygmy-Owl; split only recognized by König et al Owls, not by any of the checklists.

Caprimulgus ekmani (Hispaniolan Nightjar) lumped into Caprimulgus cubanensis (Greater Antillean Nightjar).
...per H&M and S&M base (IOC lumps too; Clements splits). Redirected.

Created page for Mees's Nightjar (Caprimulgus meesi).
...newly discovered taxon (supported in Clements 6th ed. and IOC 1.7).
