1) Canary-winged parakeet 2) probably great kiskadee, but not certain can rule out lesser (think bill too prominent for other things like social fly: ssp would be sulphuratus and this one certainly is very yellow beneath); 3) black vulture
 
Agree with Canary-winged Parakeet and Black Vulture.

#2...Tough one...I'm not getting a Kiskadee feel for this bird, but would not want to ID which of the FCs this might be based on this pic alone.
