What kind of kite is this? Images taken on 08.09.2020 near Atanasovsko lake, Bulgaria.

aren't they 2 different birds there? i would go to black for the first 2 photos and red for the last ones

Black for me too. The apparent deeper fork on the last 2 photos is a photo artifact, from dragging/blurring/bleeding (choose your favourite adjective).
