Can't seem to figure out which eagle from this pic. Can someone help? Thanks

I think that it is subadult Indian Spotted - the type of barring on secondaries and inner primaries is correct. But some Greater Spotteds are very close.
 
My thoughts too, in GSE subadult I would expect barring going less far and younger (light undertail coverts) GSE might be a bit darker overall
