Hello
Can anyone help me with this cal ? i recorded it at Borba, Portugal, 05/10/2019, and didnt saw the bird. It was a place with a lot of trees near a small dam.

To avoid misunderstanding, is it about the loud call that first starts between 1-2 s and is repeated twice (not completely identical but at least I think it's the same bird) or the soft squeal? Mainly I got the impression of Cockatiel from the last call. It always could be an escaped cage bird. The other possibility I can think of is Common Starling they imitate a lot...
 
i assumed the question is about the soft squeal which is heard 3 times in the recording. it sounds a bit like a juvenile coot to me. don't know how late coots can hatch in portugal..
