Would anyone be able to confirm (or argue against) this as Hill Blue Flycatcher please?

Would that not show a clearer demarcation between the orange and white underparts?

I'm doing this without a book though so apologies if I'm taking you up the wrong path!

Edit: I now have a book (Lynx guide) and the orange wash seems to extend well down the flanks whichisn't shown in the book but based on the extent of orange which reaches the base of the lower mandible, I think you're right with Hill Blue.
