I'd tentatively suggest that in Barcelona there are two species of Starling to consider, so there's at least one other species that it could be.

Having said that, I actually get a bit of a Blue Rock Thrush impression here. It seems a bit too long billed for a Starling. Hard to do on this picture though.
 
Brightened the pic a bit. I'd agree with Blue Rock Thrush; the legs are also too long and thin for a starling.
