Mosquito repellent clothing (1 Viewer)

There seems to be a reasonable range of clothing available these days which has mosquito repellent properties, does anyone have any experience of how this compares against the spray which you can get to use on existing clothes, eg Lifesystems EX4 Anti-Mosquito Clothing Treatment?

Initially, I was a DEET devotee, but switched to treated fabrics in 2008. Since then, I've had good experience with Ex Officio pyrethrum treated clothing, going bite free in Peru and Alaska, using their socks, pants, shirts and hat.
Advantages are that the repellent effect is not lost passing through the laundry and that the coverage is uniform all over, no missed spots.
Disadvantages are greater up front cost and loss of clothing choice.
Imho, if you have favorite field wear, a spray is probably more attractive, but for simple utility, the pretreated wins.
