I'm moving from Houston to Fort Worth this summer. Any suggestions for good spots to start building my Tarrant county list or to find birds that may not be as common closer to the coast?

That did help, thank you. I'm just a couple of miles from Marine Creek Lake, which is turning out to be a pretty productive spot, even in the dead of summer. I had Louisiana waterthrush, orchard Orioles, and brief looks at what I would guess were a pair of yellow warblers and least flycatchers in the middle of the day yesterday.

Reddish egret at North Holiday Park on Benbrook Lake. Looks like only the 3rd record in Tarrant Co. and first in 16 years. I did not expect to see that bird again after moving from Houston.
